Delight’s brand development is conducted by Taiwan Pet Comb (TPC) Ent. Co., Ltd. (台灣船記有限公司). TPC is one of the biggest specialized manufacturers of pet grooming products in Taiwan. Since our establishment in 1969, we have been striving to research and to develop new products and thus to offer our customers innovation and functionality they can trust. We own various patent certificates from countries all over the world and specialize in designing and mass-production of patented pet products, such as combs, trimmers, and toys.
